First off, I have to thank
 for supplying the inked version of this pic. It helped a hell of a lot and it is far superior to any line work I could have done.This isn't my entry to the competition, but once I saw the front view version of Furball's hedgie I had to colour it  I wanted to see her in my colours, however once the competition is over I'm going to colour it in the winning colours. I hope furball likes this I'm really really pleased with the final result...apart from maybe the shoes. Was my colour choice too Shadow like? I only just noticed o.0 [Seven Copyright to Furball] Comments

 The colouring is amazing. O__O And as far as the shoes go, I don't think they're TOO Shadow-like in colour, though the black and gold are reminiscent of Shadow. I'd say they're safe. Great job!
 -- What can I do? It pays a debt - ten francs may save my poor courgette! I wanted to keep the colours simple and not invent new colours just for the shoes.
But once I finished I thought "Ah...these look like Shadows >.<" Thanks for the encouragement though  Thank you very much
